Driving in Dalian can be an easy process if you have a valid,unexpired drivers license from your home country.

The population of Dalian is over 7m so the traffic can be comparable to bigger cities, using the US as an example, such as Houston, TX.

If you have gotten any laser eye corrective surgery you can bring this proof to disregard the picture with glasses. When you are ready to take the exam and have all the required documentation you can register for the exam at the facility. After you pass the exam with a 90 or above, Yes you will make it if you are practicing with the APP, then you hand in all your documents and get your license the same day.
